About
ときどき食堂とは
Please note that there may be a slight wait immediately after our 11:30 AM opening due to a high volume of customers.
Please make your way to the Kurume General Government Building, near the Ishibashi Cultural Center and Kurume City Museum of Art in Aikawacho, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
We have seven parking spaces (a second parking lot is available nearby, so please inquire if it's full).
Based on the theme of "CALM & BOTANICALS," we personally designed and constructed a relaxing space, including a garden featuring an abundance of natural materials and plants, interior décor, and spacious seating.
Based on a cafe format, we named it "Tokidoki" to reflect our diverse possibilities, such as occasional events, private parties, girls' nights, and casual days off.
Rather than rigid beliefs, we strive to provide a relaxed and soothing experience with a nonchalant attitude, allowing us to realize ideas that "wish existed."
This cafe serves delicious food, mainly Thai and Indian curry lunches, with a variety of different dishes changing daily.
Spicy Thai home-style dishes like green curry, khao man gai, gapao rice, tom yum goong pasta, and khao soi are also popular, but they also occasionally serve grilled mackerel with saikyo sauce, homemade hamburger steaks, and daily Wazen dishes. In addition to lunch, they also have a wide variety of cafe menu items, including crispy orange-flavored French toast, freshly baked pizza, homemade cakes, sweets, and specialty coffee!
Thank you for visiting us from Fukuoka, Saga, Kumamoto, Chikugo, Tosu, and other cities.
We also have a gallery space, so it is possible to use it for solo exhibitions and workshops even during business hours. Please contact the owner directly for more information.
